Your therapist will share with you a secure video link for your virtual appointments (the link remains the same for each session scheduled). At the time of your session, please use this link to start your appointment.

If this is in-person appointment:There is lots of Free Parking on the site, you can park anywhere as you enter the building on the left. (Blue 5 storey modern glass office building, anchored by RBC and Rabba)
Once you enter the building, take the elevators or stairs to the second floor. Our waiting area is located in front of our Suite 241, Have a seat at our reception, and your therapist will bring you to the therapy room when it’s time for your session.
After 5PM/Weekends: If you booked an evening session, unfortunately due to city by-laws, the building doors are locked. Your therapist will be escorting you from the main entrance of the 2275 building adjacent to RBC bank to bring you upstairs to your therapy room.
